Board Meeting Notices

How do I receive Board Meeting Notices (if I am already receiving other emails from SCOV)

1. Scroll to the bottom of any email that came from Sun City Oro Valley. In the paragraph above the Constant Contact logo, click on UPDATE PROFILE. A informational box will appear.
2. Click on SUBMIT and a link to update your profile will be emailed to you. (This step is to ensure the subscriber is the one making the changes and not someone else). It will take about a minute or so, but an email from Sun City Oro Valley will arrive with the subject “Update Your Profile”.
3. Click on Update Your Profile link in the email.
4. Click or unclick all the lists you want to receive. Be sure to include Board Meetings & Agendas if you want to receive notice of when the Board meetings are and the Zoom link to those meetings.
5. Click on the UPDATE PROFILE button.
6. A thank you message will appear to verify the changes have been saved.

How do I receive Board Meeting Notices (if I am NOT already receiving other emails from SCOV)

1. On the SCOV website, hover over ABOUT US.
2. Click on JOIN EMAIL LIST
3. Fill in the blanks.
4. Make sure to check the box under Security Check
5. Click on Sign Up
