Activity Center

The Auditorium has been the home of a number of concerts. When configured audience style with one center aisle the room can accommodate approximately 450 people.  Based on your needs, sit down dinner, or buffet style serving will determine the capacity of the room from approximately 200- 225 people.  In the Auditorium you will also find a large parquet dance floor, stage and two dressing rooms.  Audio visual equipment can accommodate three screens projecting the same or different video presentations.  Lighting can be adjusted to meet the needs of the event.

A fully equipped kitchen is directly connected to the Auditorium with a commercial grade stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven and dishwasher.  You will also find ample work space to accommodate any prep work that is needed.  All supplies and cleanup are the responsibility of the host.

Monitors are on-duty at all times to assist in the setup of table and chairs for your event.  You are responsible for decorations, food and beverage (if you are planning to serve), and the cleanup at the end of the event.

Also located in the Activity Center are three rooms which can be used together or separate by a wall divider.  Each room is approximately 1,144 sq. ft. accommodating 50 – 60 people is each room.  The actual capacity will be determined by the configuration of the room, i.e. will a sit down dinner be served, or is buffet style the venue or no tables at all and audience style is the need.

The Hopi room has a dance floor.

The Navajo Room is also equipped with a kitchen having an oven, stove, ice maker, dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator, coffee maker and sink.  All supplies are the responsibility of the host.

Audio visual equipment is available for use accommodating separate or integrated video display.  Monitors are always on duty to assist in the setup of tables and chairs to meet your needs while decorations and room cleanup is the responsibility of the host.

Come sit a spell and enjoy your favorite coffee drink or wine. Beer and sweet treats are available as well.

When the weather is beautiful and an outdoor event or BBQ is the venue, our Kiva Patio is the place to be. Grills are available for use as well. For a chilly evening, a fireplace can be lit to add warmth to the air.  Approximately 75 – 100 people can be seated on the patio enjoying the spectacular views of the Catalina’s.
